Gene J. Stonebarger
Gene J. Stonebarger is a founding shareholder of the firm. Mr. Stonebarger was raised in the San Joaquin and Diablo Valleys, where his family has been involved in nearly all aspects of agriculture for generations. Mr. Stonebarger was awarded the Buck Scholarship in 1993 upon graduation from Linden High School. He then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree from U.C. Davis in 1997 and the Degree of Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000.
Mr. Stonebarger specializes his practice in the areas of Class Action and Complex Business Litigation, General Business Law and Real Estate Law. He is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Stonebarger has successfully represented clients in numerous litigation forums in both Federal and State Court, including but not limited to, the Judicial Council of California, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, The Department of Consumer Affairs, California Courts of Appeal and Trial Courts throughout the State of California.
Mr. Stonebarger is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Stonebarger is also a licensed Real Estate Broker through the California Department of Real Estate. |
